BUILDING SERVICE has been flourishing in its present form since 1993. The company's speciality is maintenance service for office buildings. The company determines its tasks and prices adjusted to the customers' needs. Within the company, the Cleaning unit has a significant role, which has gone through a dynamic development lately. Nowadays, the cleaning service is a decisive item in our income. The development is due to the appropriate human rescources and the continuous technological expansion. According to the company's phylosophy, the cleaning team is doing its job adapting to the clients needs and without any disturbances. The regular measurement of the efficiency and quality control help us build long term relationships with our clients.

You may rightfully ask: what makes us different from the other dozen, who give simmilar services?
The most important difference is that we do not ask You to accept a solution proclaimed best by us, but we're trying to find the solution best for You. Because You're not for the solution…

It is not our goal to base our business on one-time round sum orders, rather we would like to have a long-term relationship with you through getting to know all your needs.


We believe, that the base of a long-term business relationship is fairness, because only this can lead to trust, which is indispensable in a long-term relationship.

Introduction

Please review our résumé, where you can read about the different solutions in details. Here - of course without entirety - you can find the most commonly choosen options of different cleaning systems. We tried to find ordinary, everyday examples, but all solutions are different, that's why we have to fit the solution to the client's needs.

Various customer needs and options

Cleaning 2-3 times a week

It is suggested for smaller offices, with staff of 6-8 person, where the number of visitors is limited.
Its advantage is the relative inexpensiveness.
The disadvantage is, if the client chooses the cleaning days unsuitably he/she may feel the service inequtable.

Cleaning 5 times a week

Suggested for bigger offices and/or offices with large number of visitors.
The advantages are , that the employees arrive to a clean office every day, and its relative cheapness.
Its disadvantage is, that only the ordinary cleaning is resolved.

 

Flat rate cleaning

It does not depend on the size of the office. The most popular form of our cleaning services. It contains the daily cleaning, and extensive cleanings quarterly.
It is recomended for places with high quality needs, and/or offices with large number of visitors
Its advantages are, that the client do not have to pay a lump sum for the extensive cleanings, and the offices are continuously groomed.
It has no disadvantage.






Finery cleaning

It does not depend on the size of the office. It can be regular or occasional.
Recommended for representative places, where cleanliness is an indispensable part of success.
Its advantages are: meticulous and all complaints are rightful.
Its disadvantage is the relative costliness.

Extensive cleaning ( Spring-cleaning)

It does not depend on the size of the office. It is occasional.
Recomended for offices / appartments, where the extensive cleaning is not a part of the contract, or it is absolutely a one-time assignment.
Its advantage is that it is extensive, and it is streched to places not involved in the daily cleaning.
Its disadvantage is the costliness because of the occasionality.

Daily Cleaning

- Emptying the trash cans, carrying the garbage to the depot
- Emptying and cleaning the ashtrays
- Dusting the desks, and file cabinets
- Dusting the dask lamps and telephones
- Dusting and fingerprint removing from doors, pawls, locks, interior windowsills
- Washing the glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc.
- Cleaning, and drying of sinks and taps
- Exterior cleaning and removing fingerprints from kitchen units, fridge, microwave oven, etc.
- Cleaning and sterilization of the lavatory and toilet
- Replacement of toilet paper, towels, and soap
- Cleaning, drying, and polishing of mirrors
- Vacuum-cleaning the carpets
- Vacuum-cleaning and washing up the parquet and other hardsurface floors
- Cleaning of the balconies

Extensive cleaning

- Cleaning/washing windows and window-frames
- Dusting and washing radiators and tubes/pipes
- Washing doors and door-frames
- Dusting walls, removing webs
- Surface sterilization of computers and telephones
- Cleaning the tops of high file cabinets and other places not regularilly reached during the daily cleaning
- Cleaning and grooming of furnitures, and show-case windows
- Cleaning and sterilization of tiles
- Anti-limescale treatment of toilets, the lavatory and ceramic surfaces
- Dusting of paintings, and pictures
- Vacuum-cleaning the tapestried furnitures
- Shampoo-cleaning the carpets
- Grooming and polishing the parquet
- Sterilizing/washing the hardsurface floor

 

Safety

The most important thing for all companies - regardless from its size - in business relationships is reliability. Our company chooses its human rescources consciously both in the professional and human side. That's why we can provide maximal safety and quality. And of course our company engages herself to keep theese things in a detached contract.

Contributors (the staff)

We ask all the contributor-nominees for references and a clean state-record. Only after providing both, can the nominee take place in a preliminary registration. The next phase is the selection. We examine the nominees competency through proof jobs. Then comes the training period where the employees learn from the most experienced staff members. In this method the foreman teaches them the know-how of our company through practice. Only after going through all theese phases, is the employee allowed to work without supervision.

 

Communication

It's an important aspect, to have the system really work, and not to have everything in perfect condition only until the contract is signed. I'm sure that you have met "partners", who promised everything to cut the deal, then accomplished nothing. We're trying to get to know the clients needs as well as it is possible, and adapt to them perfectly. If during the first consultation we find tasks, which we can not or can only partly solve, we share it with the client, and we make a proposal to span it.
Sadly it is more and more common, that a client cannot reach the contactperson or can only do so with delay, so he/she might even suffer a loss, but anger for sure. We tend to this delicate matter with extra attention. Almost all our employees have a mobile phone, and if there is an abrupt or urgent assignment ( maintenance etc.) you can contact us/them promptly.

Equipment

These days more and more manufacturer offer more and more products, and almost all of them asserts that theirs is the perfect one. What's the solution then? Generally our company ensures the equipment, but there are cases when the client wants to have its own equipment. In these cases we help to find the best solution for you, which - in most cases - is not the most expensive one. But there are cases, when the client's needs can only be fulfilled with new, special machines, so he/she has to pay the cost of the supply.

Frequent requirements

  • Please have stable/permanent attendant stuff
